Highfill is located in the beautiful Ozarks of Northwest Arkansas. We are located in the geographical center of Benton County, the fastest growing county in the State of Arkansas. We are home to the Northwest Arkansas Regional Airport (XNA) and the New "Donald W. Reynolds" Northwest Arkansas Children's Shelter. Our Services include a full time Police Department, along with fully staffed Water, Wastewater, Street and Maintenance departments. Highfill is also home of one of the best staffed, both equipment and personnel, combination Fire/EMS departments in the entire state. Yet with a population of just under 600, we still have that down home small town feel.
